About this collection
Whatever somebody is deeply, unreasonably into — put it on a shirt. These custom hobby shirts take your name, your crew, your personal best or the joke only your people understand.
Shop by Hobby
- Golf — names, foursomes, invented handicaps, charity scrambles and matching father-son sets.
- Fishing and hunting — the lake, the species, the camp, the one that got away and its steadily increasing weight.
- Gaming — gamertag, guild, clan, stream name.
- Tie dye — your name or artwork printed over a dyed shirt; the group-order favorite for camps and spirit days.
- Music, yoga, long sleeves and pocket tees — the quieter end, where a small left-chest print does more than a big graphic.
- Funny shirts — you supply the punchline, which is the whole point.
The Gift Problem This Solves
Most of these are bought for somebody else, and usually for the person who is impossible to shop for: the one who already owns every piece of equipment they want and has strong opinions about all of it. A generic hobby shirt from a big retailer says nothing — it is the same shirt as everyone else at the course, the lake or the tournament. A shirt with their boat's name, their gamertag, their personal best or their club on it is the one people ask them about, which is most of the point.
You do not need to know anything technical about the hobby to get it right. You need one specific detail: the name of the thing, the year they started, or a sentence they say constantly. Specific always beats clever.
Writing a Line That Lands
The best hobby shirts are self-deprecating rather than boastful, and they name real things. “Handicap: 12. Honesty: 18.” beats a stock golf slogan. A gamertag with “Est. 2011” underneath beats a generic controller graphic. A fishing shirt with the actual lake and the actual date beats a cartoon bass. If you are stuck, write down the thing they say most often about the hobby and print that.
Clubs, Leagues and Group Orders
Half of these go out in batches rather than ones — golf trips, bowling leagues, gaming clans meeting in person, fishing camps, yoga studios, summer camps ordering tie dye by the cabin. The format that works: the shared thing on the front, the individual thing on the back. Trip or club name across the chest, each person's name and their own line on the reverse. Fifteen shirts or more takes 25% off and you can mix designs, colors and sizes across the order without losing it.
Tie Dye, Which Behaves Differently
Tie dye is the one listing here that needs a different approach, because you are printing onto a pattern rather than a flat color. Bold type in a single solid color reads cleanly over a spiral; thin script disappears into it. Pick the pattern first — spiral, crumple, ombré, pastel or rainbow — then choose the text to suit it. Pastels take fine detail better than a high-contrast spiral does. It is also the most ordered item in this collection for groups, because a tie dye shirt is the easiest thing in the world to spot in a crowd of two hundred children.
Where the Print Should Sit
A big front graphic is not always right. For anything someone will wear outside the hobby — a studio, a quiet pastime, a workplace — a small left-chest mark reads as a personal detail rather than an advertisement, and it is the version people actually keep wearing. Save the full-chest and full-back layouts for the shirts that are meant to be read across a room. Long sleeves give you four surfaces instead of two, including both sleeves, which is why clubs and crews gravitate toward them once they outgrow a single front print.
Colors, Sizes and the Rest
Fifteen colors and sizes S through 4XL on everything here. Pick darker shades — Espresso, Graphite, Moss, Pepper — for anything that will see mud, grease, lake water or a campfire; lighter shades for shirts that mostly see photographs. Light type on a dark shirt and dark type on a light one is the only design rule worth following, and the free proof shows you your design on the exact color you picked before anything is printed.
One price covers S through XL; 2XL and above step up slightly. Flat $4.75 shipping per order, free over $50, 6 to 11 business days after you approve your proof, no minimum order, and everything printed in the USA. Upload a logo or artwork if you have one, or just type the text and let us lay it out. If you are not sure the idea works, order one and look at it before committing the whole club.
