Shipping & Returns

Everything we make is printed to order for one specific person, so our shipping and returns work a little differently from off-the-shelf clothing. Here is how.

Production time

Production starts once you approve your design proof, not when you place your order. If we are waiting on your artwork or your approval, the clock has not started yet — so the quickest way to get your shirt is to reply to the proof email.

Once your proof is approved, printing takes 4 to 6 business days.

Shipping

We print and ship from the United States, and every order travels with tracking. You will get the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is picked up.

Parcels are in transit for 2 to 5 business days, so the full span is 6 to 11 business days from proof approval to your door. Larger group orders can take longer, and we will tell you when we send your proof.

Shipping is a flat $4.75 per order, and orders of $50 or more ship free — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Rush and deadline orders

Working to a date — a birthday, a reunion, a game day? Tell us the deadline in the design notes or message us before you order. We will tell you honestly whether we can make it rather than letting you find out too late.

Returns on custom items

Because each shirt is printed with your own text or artwork, we cannot resell a returned custom item, so personalized orders are not returnable for a change of mind. That is exactly why we send a proof first: the proof is your chance to catch a typo, change a font or swap a photo, and nothing prints until you approve it.

If something is wrong, we fix it

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, that is on us. Message us with a photo of the shirt and your order number and we will reprint or refund it.

Wrong size

The size guide lists the chest size each shirt is cut to fit, plus garment length and sleeve measurements, so you can compare them to a shirt you already own before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us before you order and we will measure the exact garment for you.

Cancelling or changing an order

You can change or cancel any order before you approve your proof — just reply to your confirmation email. Once a shirt is in production we usually cannot stop it, but ask anyway and we will see where it is.
