Frequently asked questions

Everything about ordering, artwork, sizing, delivery and bulk pricing. If your question is not answered here, email us and a real person will reply within one business day.

Ordering

Is there a minimum order?

No. One shirt is a perfectly normal order here. There is no setup fee either, because we print digitally and there is no screen to make. Order 15 shirts or more and 25% comes off the whole order automatically.

Do I see the design before it is printed?

Always. A person lays out your design by hand and emails you a mock-up on the exact shirt colour you chose. Ask for as many changes as you like — move the image, resize it, fix a spelling, try a darker shirt. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and the proof is free.

How do I personalise my shirt?

Everything happens on the product page. Pick your colour and size, then add your photo, name, logo or your own wording in the fields above the Add to Cart button. If something will not fit in a field, order anyway and tell us in the message — we will pick it up before we lay out your proof.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, any time before you approve your proof — just reply to your confirmation email. Once a shirt is in production we usually cannot stop it, but ask anyway and we will see where it is.

Artwork and photos

What file types can I send?

JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI and PSD all work. For a logo, a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) gives the cleanest result at any size.

Why might my photo not print well?

Printing is far less forgiving than a phone screen, and nearly every disappointing photo shirt comes down to the same few causes:

  • Send the original file. A photo downloaded from social media or screenshotted from a message has been compressed two or three times and the detail is gone for good.
  • Daylight beats flash. Window light keeps detail in faces, hair and dark clothing. Direct flash flattens everything.
  • Crop tight. A person at the far end of a room becomes a few dozen pixels once it is sized for a shirt.

If an image will not hold up, we tell you before we charge you — not after a disappointing parcel arrives.

I only have an old printed photograph. Can you use it?

Usually, yes — old prints hold more detail than people expect, often more than a modern screenshot. Scan it if you can. If you have to photograph it, lay it flat in daylight and shoot straight on rather than at an angle. Send it over and we will tell you honestly what can be done with it.

Can you print a logo, team badge or cartoon character?

We print what you send, so the one thing we ask is that it is yours to send. Your own photographs, your company logo and pictures taken of you are all fine. Professional wedding and school photographs are usually owned by the photographer, so a quick message to them saves trouble.

We cannot print copyrighted characters, band or team logos, or a celebrity likeness onto merchandise — and we will tell you rather than quietly printing it anyway.

Shirts and sizing

What are the shirts made of?

Soft, pre-shrunk ring-spun cotton in a classic unisex fit, garment-dyed so the colour has depth rather than looking flat. These are comfortable cotton tees, not moisture-wicking technical jerseys — for competition in heat, a synthetic jersey is the right garment and we would rather say so.

What sizes and colours do you offer?

Fifteen colours, with adult sizes S through 4XL on every listing. Toddler sizes (2T, 3T, 4T, 5T) and youth sizes (YXS, YS, YM, YL, YXL) are available on every listing too, so you can order for a whole family in one go.

Adult sizing stops at 4XL. Youth and adult labels are not interchangeable — check the size guide before choosing for a child.

How much does each size cost?

One rate covers S through XL at $25. 2XL and 3XL are $28, and 4XL is $30 — the step up covers the extra fabric. Long sleeve adds $5 to any size.

The exact price for your combination is shown on the product page before you add it to the cart. Order 15 shirts or more and 25% comes off the whole order automatically.

How do I pick the right size?

The size guide lists the chest size each shirt is cut to fit, plus garment length and sleeve measurements. The easiest check is to measure a shirt you already like and compare. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us before you order and we will measure the exact garment for you.

Delivery

How long will my order take?

Once you approve your proof, printing takes 4 to 6 business days and transit takes 2 to 5 business days — 6 to 11 business days from approval to your door.

One thing worth knowing: production starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order. If we are waiting on your artwork or your approval, the clock has not started — so the quickest way to get your shirt is to reply to the proof email.

What does shipping cost, and do you ship with tracking?

Shipping is a flat $4.75 per order, and orders of $50 or more ship free — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

We print and ship from the United States and every order travels with tracking. You will get the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is picked up.

I need these by a specific date. What should I do?

Tell us the deadline before you order — either in the design notes or by messaging us first. We will tell you honestly whether we can make it rather than letting you find out too late. For a fixed date, ordering three weeks out leaves comfortable room.

Bulk and group orders

How does the 25% bulk discount work?

Reach 15 shirts in a single order and 25% comes off automatically at checkout. No code, no quote needed. The count is across the whole order, not per design — a crew of eighteen with four different job titles still counts as eighteen.

Can I mix sizes, colours and designs?

Freely, and it all counts toward the 15. Teams routinely order one colourway for players and another for parents; crews order different job titles across sizes S to 4XL, with youth and toddler sizes for families. It is still one order.

How do I send a roster or name list?

However you already have it — a spreadsheet, a pasted email, even a photo of a sign-up sheet taped to a wall. We lay out every shirt individually with each person's own name, number or title, and send back one proof covering the whole set. On a forty-shirt order that is the difference between catching a misspelled name once and catching it forty times.

More detail on the bulk and wholesale page.

Returns and problems

Can I return a personalised shirt?

Because each shirt is printed with your own text or artwork, we cannot resell a returned custom item, so personalized orders are not returnable for a change of mind. That is exactly why we send a proof first — it is your chance to catch a typo, change a font or swap a photo, and nothing prints until you approve it.

What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?

That is on us. Message us with your order number and a photo of the shirt, and we will reprint or refund it. Sending the photo with your first message usually means one email instead of three.

Still not sure?
