About this collection
Ten sports, every shirt personalized with the team name, the player's name and their number. Custom sports shirts printed to order, with no minimum and no setup fee — so one shirt for one player is as welcome as forty for the whole club.
Shop by Sport
Baseball, softball, football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, cheer, swim team, gym and running each have their own listing. The structure is the same across all of them; what changes is the layout convention each sport expects — numbers large on the back for basketball and football, name over number for baseball and softball, roster lists for cross country and swim.
Ordering for a Whole Roster
This is the part most parents and coaches dread, and it is the part we have made deliberately boring. Send the roster in any form: a spreadsheet, a photo of the sign-up sheet, a list typed into an email. We lay out every shirt individually — each player's own name and own number — and send back one proof showing the set before anything is printed.
- Mixed sizes cost nothing extra to coordinate. A squad running from youth-fitting S up to 4XL for a coach is one order.
- Two colorways in one order is fine — one for players, another for parents and siblings. Both count toward the discount.
- 15 shirts or more takes 25% off, which almost every team order reaches.
- No minimum if you only need one, for a player who joined late or a shirt that got lost.
The Parent Shirt Is Half the Order
Teams routinely order two designs: the player version with a name and number, and a supporter version that says something like #14's Mom or Property of the Thunder Dugout. The second one often outsells the first, because every player has at least two adults in the stands. Print the player's number large enough to be read from the far side of a field and you have solved the real problem, which is parents trying to work out which small figure is theirs.
Laying Out a Name and Number
There is a reason every sport has settled on its own convention, and following it makes a shirt look like real team gear rather than something improvised. Basketball and football put the number large and high on the back with the name arched above it. Baseball and softball put the name across the shoulders with the number beneath. Soccer keeps both smaller and higher. Cheer and volleyball usually drop the number entirely and run the name alone, because the number means less to a crowd.
Two practical limits worth knowing. A surname longer than about twelve characters has to shrink to fit across the shoulders, so a very long name reads smaller than the rest of the team — using a first name instead keeps the set visually consistent. And a roster of more than about twenty names on a back panel starts to get small; past that, split it into two columns or drop to first names only.
Sponsors, Fundraisers and Season Records
Local sponsors go on the back panel, which is also where a season record, a tournament name or a championship year belongs. Fundraising teams print the cause on the front and the amount raised on the back once the season closes — a shirt people keep rather than donate. Senior nights, final seasons and milestone years are the other reliable reasons these get ordered, and in every case the year is the detail that makes the shirt worth keeping.
Timing Your Order
Shirts arrive 6 to 11 business days after you approve your proof, so a team order placed three weeks before game day is comfortably in hand. The realistic constraint is not printing — it is collecting the roster. Chase the sizes before you chase anything else; it is always the slow part. For a tournament or a photo day, order three weeks out and you will not be refreshing a tracking page the night before.
Cotton, Not Performance Fabric
Worth being straight about: these are soft cotton tees, not moisture-wicking technical jerseys. For warm-ups, team photos, travel days, the bench, fundraising, supporters and everything that happens around a game, cotton is more comfortable and holds a print far better. For competition in heat, a synthetic jersey is the right garment and we would rather say so than sell you the wrong thing.
Sizes, Colors and Pricing
Fifteen colors and sizes S through 4XL across every sport, so coaches and parents are covered by the same order as the players. Pricing is one rate for S through XL with a small step up for 2XL and above. Shipping is a flat $4.75 per order, free over $50. Everything is printed in the USA, and a free proof goes out before we print — which on a forty-shirt roster is the difference between a typo on one shirt and a typo on all of them.
