How It Works

Ordering a custom shirt should not require design software or a 20-minute tutorial. Here is exactly what happens when you order from us.

1. Pick your shirt

Choose a design that fits your idea, then pick your colour and size. Adult sizes run S through 4XL, with toddler (2T–5T) and youth (YXS–YXL) options too, in 15 garment-dyed colours on soft, pre-shrunk ringspun cotton with a classic unisex fit.

Pricing by size: S–XL $25, 2XL–3XL $28, 4XL $30. Long sleeve adds $5 to any size. The exact price for your combination shows on the product page before you add it to the cart.

2. Tell us what to print

On every product page there is a personalization box. Type the name or text exactly as you want it printed, upload your photo or logo, and add any notes about placement, fonts or colour matching. If you would rather send files later, order first and reply to your confirmation email.

What files work best

• JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI and PSD are all fine.
• Send the original file, not a screenshot or something re-saved from social media — those lose detail that shows up in the print.
• Phone photos work great. Bright, in-focus and reasonably close is all we need.

3. Approve your proof

This is the part most printers skip. A real person lays out your design and emails you a mock-up of the finished shirt. If the photo needs cleaning up or colour-correcting, we do that first. If it will not print well at all, we tell you before we charge you. Ask for as many changes as you need — nothing goes on a shirt until you say yes.

4. We print and ship

Once you approve the proof, your order goes into production and ships with tracking sent straight to your inbox.

Printing takes 4 to 6 business days and transit takes 2 to 5 business days — 6 to 11 business days from approval to your door. Shipping is a flat $4.75 per order, and orders of $50 or more ship free.

Group and team orders

Send us your roster, your name list or your logo in whatever format you have — a spreadsheet, an email, even a photo of a sign-up sheet. We lay out each shirt individually and send one proof covering the whole order. There are no minimums and no setup fees, and orders of 15 shirts or more take 25% off automatically.
