Bulk & wholesale custom t-shirts

Most custom print shops will not take an order under twelve or twenty-four pieces, and the ones that will add a setup fee that lands almost entirely on your first shirt. We do neither. Order 15 shirts or more and the whole order is 25% off — and if you only need three, that is a perfectly normal order here too.

How bulk pricing works

There is one discount and it is automatic. Reach 15 shirts in a single order and 25% comes off at checkout — you do not need a code, and you do not need to ask us for a quote first.

• The count is across the whole order, not per design. A crew of eighteen with four different job titles still counts as eighteen.
• Mix freely. Different designs, different colours, different sizes — all of it counts toward the 15.
• No setup fee, ever. We print digitally, so there is no screen to make and no cost to spread across the run.
• Base pricing is unchanged by volume: $25 for S through XL, $28 for 2XL and 3XL, $30 for 4XL, plus $5 for long sleeve. The 25% comes off on top of that.

Send us your list however you have it

This is the part people dread, and it is the part we have made deliberately boring. A spreadsheet, a pasted email, a photo of a sign-up sheet taped to a wall — send whatever you already have. We lay out every shirt individually, with each person's own name, number or title, and send back one proof covering the whole set before anything is printed.

On a forty-shirt order that single step is the difference between catching a misspelled name once and catching it forty times.

Who orders this way

• Companies and crews — construction, trades, restaurants, salons, medical and logistics teams kitting out staff with a logo and each person's first name.
• Sports teams and clubs — player shirts with names and numbers, plus the parent and supporter version that usually outsells them.
• Family reunions — surname, year and location, often colour-coded by branch of the family.
• Schools, camps and churches — spirit days, trips, fundraisers and volunteer crews.
• Events — bachelor and bachelorette parties, charity walks, conferences and anniversaries.

Timing a large order

Printing is rarely the bottleneck — collecting everyone's size is. Once your proof is approved, printing takes 4 to 6 business days and transit takes 2 to 5 business days: 6 to 11 business days in total. The time spent gathering sizes and approving the proof sits on top of that, because it is not time we control.

Start the size list about three weeks out, place the order once the headcount settles, and add the stragglers as a second small order. With no minimum, a follow-up order of three shirts is an ordinary thing to do and costs the same per shirt.

What makes a bulk order go smoothly

• Send artwork as a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) or a high-resolution image with a transparent background. Small logos with fine text underneath do not survive at left-chest size — worth checking before you commit the whole crew.
• Tell us the deadline before you order, not after. We will say honestly whether we can make it.
• Order one sample first if you are kitting out a large team and want to see the print in person. There is no minimum, so this costs you one shirt.
• Decide on placement early — left chest for a logo, full back for anything meant to be read across a job site.

Every shirt is printed to order in the USA, and a free digital proof goes out before anything goes to press. Shipping is a flat $4.75 per order, and orders of $50 or more ship free.
