These terms apply to yourcustomtees.com, operated by Your Custom Tees. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to them. Please read section 4 carefully — artwork rights matter more here than on most stores, because you are sending us things to print.
1. Who we are

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full — for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable, or if we cannot use the artwork supplied (see section 4).
3. Proofs and approval
For personalized orders we prepare a design proof and email it to you. Production starts only once you approve it. Approving the proof confirms that the spelling, names, dates, artwork, colours and placement are correct. We print what is on the approved proof, so please check it closely: an error you approve is not something we can be held responsible for, and personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Our Refund Policy sets out what happens if we get it wrong.
4. Your artwork and content
When you upload or send us a photo, logo, name, phrase or any other content, you confirm that:
- you own it, or you have permission from the owner to have it printed;
- printing it will not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; and
- it is not unlawful, hateful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
You give us permission to reproduce and adapt your content only as far as is needed to prepare your proof and produce your order.
We may decline any artwork at our discretion, and we will refund you in full if we do. We have no way to verify who owns the material you send us, so you agree to cover any claim brought against us that arises from content you supplied.
5. Showing work we have made
We will not use your order, your photographs or your artwork in our portfolio, on this website, or on social media unless you have given us permission to do so.
If we would like to feature something we have made for you, we will ask, and you are free to say no. Saying no has no effect on your order.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Personalized t-shirts are priced by size: S to XL at $25, 2XL and 3XL at $28, and 4XL at $30, with $5 added for long sleeve. Ready-made items are priced individually. The price for each option is shown on the product page before you add it to your cart.
A bulk discount of 25% applies automatically at checkout to orders of 15 items or more. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds

8. Colour and product accuracy
We photograph and describe our garments as accurately as we can, but screens vary, and a printed colour on fabric will not always match what you see on your monitor. Garment colours and print colours may differ slightly from the images on the site.
9. Using this website
You may not misuse this site: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping, and no copying our text, photographs or designs for your own commercial use without permission. Everything on the site that is ours stays ours.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a missed event or deadline. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of that state will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
