Product details

Celebrate the person behind the welding work with a custom welder shirt carrying a name, shop identity, process, or original phrase. This personalized cotton tee can suit casual shop branding, an off-duty gift, a training milestone, or a crew gathering. The design is personal; the garment is not protective welding equipment.

Choose the detail that represents the welder

A name and shop logo create a direct business-focused design. A process such as TIG, MIG, or stick welding can be the main subject of a personal tee. A short original joke may suit a gift, while a training completion year can mark a specific achievement. Choose one leading idea so the layout remains clear.

If you want certification wording, provide the exact designation that accurately applies to the wearer. Letters, punctuation, and process abbreviations should be checked carefully on the proof. Do not use a credential simply because it appears in a sample image. Examples are design ideas, not evidence of anyone's qualification.

Personalization ideas for this design

  • Name and shop logo
  • TIG, MIG, stick, or other supplied wording
  • Accurate qualification detail
  • Original personal caption
  • Crew or training year

Make a crew order easy to check

For several shirts, list the wearer, size, color, name, and any individual certification or process line. Identify which artwork stays the same across the order. If you are ordering a gift, confirm the recipient's preferred shop name and terminology; similar-looking abbreviations can describe different things.

This listing is not FR-rated workwear, a welding jacket, or a substitute for required protective equipment. Use it only where a standard cotton tee is appropriate and follow the employer's clothing requirements. A custom logo or welding-themed graphic does not make ordinary apparel suitable as protection against sparks, heat, or an arc.

Give a welding gift the right terminology

If you are buying for someone else, confirm their preferred process and shop wording before placing the order. A familiar nickname and an original short message can be a safer personal choice than a technical designation you cannot verify. When several certifications are supplied, tell us which is the focus and whether the others should be omitted for a cleaner design. The proof should be read as exact text, not simply recognized as welding-themed. If the recipient's workplace has its own branding rules, obtain approval for the artwork before asking for a final design.

Your questions about the design

Can my shirt show the welding process I use?

Yes. Provide the exact process wording and tell us whether it should lead the design or sit beneath a name or logo. Review the lettering and spelling before approving.

Can I order matching shop shirts with individual names?

Yes. Send one organized roster and specify the shared design. Request additional print placements before ordering if they are important, and confirm what is available for that artwork.

Choose your garment and available options

The shirt is made from soft, pre-shrunk ringspun cotton with a garment-dyed finish and a classic unisex fit. Choose the color and size combination that suits the wearer rather than assuming the sample image represents every available choice. Current color options are Bay, Black, Denim, Espresso, Granite, Graphite, Grey, Ivory, Midnight, Moss, Navy, Pepper, Sage, White, Berry. Check the selector for the combination you need; separate option values do not establish that every possible combination is available.

Adult sizes listed are S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL. Toddler choices are 2T, 3T, 4T, and 5T; youth choices are YXS, YS, YM, YL, and YXL. Short Sleeve and Long Sleeve choices are listed. Compare suitable garment measurements or contact us if the fit is uncertain. Age alone and a label from a different size category do not guarantee the right fit.

The displayed product price follows the options you select. Check the selected garment and quantity before checkout. Confirm any special artwork arrangement or additional print placement with us first, including whether it changes the price; a design idea does not make every print location automatically included.

Artwork, proof approval, and ordering

Type the exact text you want printed and provide the artwork with your order. Common accepted formats include JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI, and PSD. Original image or artwork files are preferable to screenshots. If you need to send a file afterward, follow the store's personalization instructions and reply with clear order details.

A free digital proof is prepared before printing. Review the design, wording, selected color, and any individual versions, then request changes before approval. Production begins after you approve the proof. A mockup helps you review the layout; screen colors can differ from fabric, and an image file cannot guarantee detail that was absent from the original.

There is no minimum order. The store's published bulk offer is 25% off orders of 15 or more shirts; see the bulk order details for planning a group. Keep every garment's selected options and personalization linked in your list, and check the order quantities separately from the number of design variations.

Care and delivery planning

Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, and keep an iron off the printed design. Printing and shipping take place in the USA. If you have a fixed date, contact us before ordering to discuss it. Read the shipping and returns information for the current process and custom-item policy rather than assuming a guaranteed arrival date or change-of-mind return.
